Prices are valid only with a minimum of 6 people and golf on week days. Non-golfer rates are also available.
Day 1: Upon your arrival in Budapest, you will be met by Golf Travel Hungary’s representative who will assist you.
Day 2: First you will play at the Tata Old Lake Golf & Country Club, 45 minutes from Budapest, which hosted the first professional women's golf tournament in the East-Central-European region, the OTP Bank Ladies Central European Open in 2004/2005/2006.
Day 3: Today, you will be playing at the Pólus Palace Golf & Country Club in Göd which hosted the Hungarian Open Golf Championship in 2007, and is just 20 minutes from the downtown. After golf you can enjoy Pólus Palace’s wellness center with a 10-function adventure-pool with thermal water, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, an infra sauna, and dipping pool.
Days 4/5/6: Your excursion begins with in Tarcal, with accommodations at the Spa &Wine Mansion Andrassy. You will visit the Andrassy Winery, experience the WINOSENSE wellness center and enjoy a wine tasting dinner in the hotel. During your stay in Tokaj region, you will experience wine tastings and a round of visits to small private wine cellars and modern wineries as well.
On the 6. day ride back to Budapest. On the way back to Budapest you will spend a day in Eger and have a taste of the town renowned for its baroque style and wine traditions. Bull's Blood is the dark, red wine for which Eger is famous. According to legend, the name originates from the Turks, who believed the Hungarian soldiers got their strength by drinking red wine mixed with bulls' blood. The day ends with a lunch & wine tasting in the Thummerer winery in Eger/Noszvaly.
Day 7: This morning, after breakfast, you will play at the Pannonia Golf & Country Club, which is 40 minutes from Budapest and the highest quality golf course in Hungary. It is a must play course as Pannonia Golf & Country Club won the B.I.D. International Quality award in Gold Category for Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Excellence in 2004.
Suggestions for your free time in Budapest: Book a guided city tour, or visit one of the Turkish bathes, or have a coffee break and enjoy the feeling of the cafés in downtown.
