The Royal Balaton Golf & Yacht Club welcomes its visitors in a pictorial environment.

The first 18-hole golf course of the Lake Balaton lies in a unique natural environment next to Tihany,
between Balatonudvari and Örvényes, offering splendid panorama on the Lake Balaton.

The driving Range and clubhouse of the Royal Balaton Golf & Yacht Club welcomes golf players since July 1st, 2007.
Easy and quick access to Balatonudvari (M7 highway, Tihany ferry). Tihany is a 3-minute drive from the course.
 

The course has character, views of Lake Balaton known as the ‘Hungarian Ocean’ due to its Caribbean clear waters and is the biggest inland lake in Europe.

The course is adjacent to the Balaton-Uplands National Park, and includes the gravel pit of Örvényes which is qualified as a nature reserve, which can be played around by the passionates of golf.

Four fairways are surrounded by forests – the beauty of the landscape is raised by ornament lakes, reeds and vineyards.

The layout of the course is unique with parts of the golf played round a beautiful transformed quarry which inhabits deer and foxs, four holes cut through a forest and a mixture of lakes on the course presents a course you will want to play again.

Royal Balaton is only 3 years old and is already the venue for the European Young Masters for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
